Oh my goodness, where do I start about how beautiful your cakes are??? I’ve yet to order and/or taste these works of sumptious art but would absolutley LOVE to win a cake from you. Cake is, and always has been, my absolute favorite dessert. Heck, maybe my all time favorite thing to eat, period! Even if I don’t win a wonderful cake, I’ll still love looking at the absolute amazing designs you come up with. And the fact that you’re an all natural bakery, well, let’s just say that makes you even more cool!! Keep on baking and creating!! Oh, BTW, does being half Irish pull any weight here?

WHAT YOU CAN WIN:
An 8 inch cake from our “Simply Ganache” line of cakes. The cake will have a secret St. Patrick’s day design! (up to $200 value)
The flavor of the cake will be IRISH COFFEE: TLB Black Velvet cake (double chocolate cake made with organic espresso), Vanilla Jameson whiskey syrup and Bailey’s Swiss buttercream, covered in the highest quality semi-sweet chocolate truffle ganache.
(the alcohol can be left out of the cake and filling if you will be sharing the cake with kids – just let us know!)
The giveaway entry period will run from March 1 to March 15. One winner that meets all of the guidelines below will be selected at random (using random.org) on March 16. Delivery will be made on the morning of St. Patricks day March 17th.
HOW TO ENTER THE GIVEAWAY:
In order to be eligible to win the cake, you must meet the following requirements
- You must live in the state of Colorado within 100 miles of Denver (Cheyenne, WY residents are eligible too!). If you are entering FOR someone who lives within these boundaries, you must put that in your comment.

I love cake and i love art and you have managed to bring both mediums together beautifully.
My reasons for entering this contest is not for personal enjoyment, I am single, no children and no immediate family so a cake like this is too much for me. If I were fortunate enough to win this cake I will be sharing it with the wonderful people at the Bonfils Blood Center in Denver at Lowry. For years I have been donating whole blood and recently I started donating platelets and am currently at 4 gallons of donated blood. The wonderful people there deserve to have something nice done for them for a change, the staff is kind, professional, helpful and very comforting in what can be an anxious thing for some people, I always feel welcomed and appreciated and safe when I am there. It’s more than a job to them they really care about what they are doing. There a vital part of our health community and for all there giving I would like to give them something back. Win the cake or not I hope everyone who reads this post will support blood donation and organ donation, in the end everybody will feel better, I do. Thank you…

I cannot tell you how great it would be for me to win this as my wife’s name is Erin as well and extremely IRISH! I don’t bake but how awesome would it be for me to bring a cake to her on one of her favorite holidays. This will go so well with our dinner party that we are having with friends. I’d love someone to make a cake for me! At Christmastime, I made a Shamrock & Gold Coins cake to feed 100 people – it took up all my counter space! I had to make the shamrocks by hand – no shamrock fondant cutter was available 10 days before Xmas! This flavor combo sounds divine! Since experiencing your cakes for the first time last April, I have compared EVERY single cake or cupcake I have tasted to those yummies from TLB. NONE of them have hit the mark – not even close!! I still dream about the special birthday girl cupcake made for me with the fantastic edible Gerbera daisy on top! Seriously, it shows up in my dreams when I am craving sugar – which is ALL the time! Now that I have read the ingredients of the give away cake, I have a feeling that this will be appearing in my dreams as well – Chocolate, Espresso and JAMESON whiskey – are you kidding ME right now??? Besides my daughter, these are my top three things in life! I can’t wait for my next event and the next cake from TLB!

Hi Erin, I’m taking your advice and entering.. I would totally love love love to win the St. Patricks Day cake. Every year we take the kiddos to the mountains, great family fun, movies, hot tub and dinners, it would be FAB to top it off with one of your amazing creations.. I’m super excited to see my Mom’s cake next week and taste it. Thank you for the amazing cakes the add so many wonderful memories to my family events.. Erin, anyone who knows me, knows that I am an East Coast Cake Snob! It’s so difficult to find great pastries, cakes and baked goods here in Colorado. Especially due to the altitude. I have been a #1 fan since you started your company. Most of your cakes are too artistically beautiful to even eat! I don’t just get my cakes from anywhere!!!
