This cake was created for a fall/Thanksgiving Birthday celebration. Bottom tier is 6 inch by 6 inch and covered in thin fondant ruffles over chocolate ganache. Top tier is 5 inch by 5 inch chocolate ganache painted with vanilla vodka to give it a slight sheen and adorned with a fondant ruffle flower.
Tiramisu Cake: Butter Vanilla Cake lightly soaked with espresso vanilla bean sugar syrup and filled with Kahlua swiss buttercream and chocolate shavings. Covered in a chocolate ganache shell.
